AERIAL (FAA PART 107)
A tutoring franchise was paying for five platforms. None of them understood a family.
Every tool assumed one parent, one child, one email. A mom with three kids needed three accounts. We started at the database instead, and built the whole operating system on top of it: check-in, live classroom, scheduling, timeclock, payroll export, parent portal, messaging, and the automations that run in the background.
It runs two live centers today, and it's now a product other owners can buy.

Ten thousand photos from Haiti, sitting on a drive nobody could open.
Starfysh had years of real photography and video from the island of LaGonave and no way to find any of it. Nothing on the market did what they needed, so we built their media platform: every image and video gets read, categorized and tagged the moment it lands, and their team can correct or add tags by hand.
Their staff on the island upload straight into it, with a permissions grid that decides who sees and does what.
